In this episode of Copenhagen Walks we invite you to discover the transformation of Paper Island in Copenhagen from the inside of buildings. In this architectural tour, we'll explore how this former industrial area is being reinvented into a vibrant city quarter inspired by historic warehouses and surrounded by water.
Kristian Dyrgaard, Head Concierge of PAPIRØEN, will lead us to discover the history of the Island, its redevelopment project designed by Cobe that created new axis of urban experiences, and show us the unique apartments where the sea enters your home.
In the second part we will visit the construction site of the particular building of the island - the Water Culture House designed by KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES and Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects as well as the art venue The Blue canvas projects.
