Forest Tower: 360 Degree View Of Nature | Camp Adventure, Denmark

  In this episode of Denmark Walks we invite you to climb the Forest Tower - a 45 meter tall observation tower in the Camp Adventure Park which is situated in the preserved forest - Gisselfeld Klosters Skove - near Rønnede and one hour's drive south of Copenhagen. The project is designed by the Danish architectural studio EFFEKT and completed in 2019. A 900 meter boardwalk leads the visitors through the forest to the tower and creates a unique opportunity to experience the stunning nature of the preserved forest from another perspective. The tower and the boardwalk are seamlessly connected accessible to all. From the top deck of the tower visitors have amazing 360-degree view over the trees, hills, lakes and meadows. Copenhagen: Kaktus Towers - Co-living From Inside

  In this episode of Copenhagen Walks we invite you to explore the Kaktus Towers designed by Bjarke Ingels Group BIG - semi-furnished rental apartments with shared amenities such as dining hall, social kitchen, work areas, laundry, lounge, library room and fitness spaces. We will visit each of 2 typologies of apartments which are presented in the buildings. The towers stand on an elevated plateau with a public park on the top. The plateau is also a part of the innovative IKEA city store opened in 2023 and designed by Dorte Mandrup . It contains 250 trees, 1450 sqm of solar panels, and parking for 760+ bikes. Aarhus: The City Of Floating Skyscrapers

In the second episode of Aarhus Walks we invite you to explore Aarhus Ø - floating neighborhood located in the harbor area near the city center of Denmark's second largest city - Aarhus. Aarhus : The Best Rooftop in Europe

In the first episode of Aarhus Walks we invite you to do the promenade at the Salling Rooftop designed by Danish architectural studio Henning Larsen and to explore the city of Aarhus - the second largest city of Denmark - both walking and observing from the roof garden. Aarhus was originally a Viking settlement and was called Aros. Because of its location, Aarhus has always been an important trades centre both in the Denmark of the Vikings and the Middle Ages. Nowadays, Aarhus is a young and effervescent city with beaches, woods, UNESCO heritage sites and contemporary architecture. In 2017, it was the European Capital of Culture.
